Mandated by the Group CEO, Synergyc is tasked to lead a complex transformation addressing a critical organization within the company that due to the rapid growth of the business in recent years had grown too fast in too little time.

Key function for our client is currently running beyond its designed capability, across people, systems and processes. The business was built for much smaller scope and complexity. Current size and scale requires a deep redesign. There is a perception that the team is not meeting the expected performance standards. There is lack of standardization and performance metrics, lack of training, unclear/undefined roles & responsibilities. There are a growing number of operational errors which have a direct bottom-line impact.
