Business/Support Analyst L2 Collaboration/SharePoint

We are looking for Analyst to Support end users of our Collaboration tools: SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Office Groups and to provide assistance on the solutions in the Collaboration area related to our Document Management and Content Management systems.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Collaboration tools / Systems:
    • Deliver service and support to end-users using ticketing system, phone, remote connection etc.
    • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests collaboration solutions
    • Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms
    • Diagnose and resolve technical issues
    • Follow standard processes and procedures
    • Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of satisfy caller
    • Compile monthly stats on activity (support & usage)
    • Propose improvements ideas and plan on collaboration tools and DMS to the team
    • Redirect problems to appropriate resource
    • Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations
    • Follow up and make scheduled call backs where necessary
    • Stay current with system information, changes, and updates
  2. Office 365 specific:
    • Promote the usage of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Office groups
    • Provide guidance and training to end users when needed

Experience and knowledge

  • 3+ years in IT Applications Support
  • 1+ years’ experience on SharePoint Online Support
  • Experience with WordPress (Content Management System)
  • Experience on DMS or M-files is a plus
  • Experience with Business Analysis is a plus
  • Ability to plan and execute simple project
