We are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial, and progressive leader to drive Salesforce services and client success. You are a self-driven individual with a “get it done” attitude and a passion to solve complex business and technology problems focused on designing and ensuring delivery of Salesforce solutions for and with our clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Own Salesforce’s Product and Services P&L
  • Identify opportunities for growth and maturation of Salesforce offerings
  • Drive business development with the proper information, tools, and subject matter expertise to sell engagements
  • Write and present sales proposals, Statements of Work and RFP responses
  • Provide oversight and governance of all sold and managed Salesforce projects
  • Primary responsibility for achieving revenue and profitability targets
  • Develop and maintain positive client relationships and satisfaction
  • Proven delivery expertise across Sales, Service and App Cloud implementations
  • Develop and deliver best practices
  • Maintain awareness of industry best practices
  • Oversee quality assurance of project delivery
  • Responsible for People/Career Management and project staffing
  • Act as point of final escalation for technical questions and assist team in solving them
  • Support recruiting and on-boarding of new employees

Experience and knowledge

  • 7+ years’ experience in a consulting environment
  • Deep technical understanding of cloud-based CRM solutions
  • Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire
  • Expert with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
