Global FP&A Controller

The Global FP&A Controller leads the budget/reforecast. (S)he is responsible for monitoring and controlling our G&A. S(h)e is also the point of contact for the BDM&A team and leads Industrial Controlling (Capex, production costs). (S)he is in contact with all functions and trading business lines,
in all regions (US, Latin, Asia, Europe..). (S)he is responsible for managing a FP&A Controller in Bulgaria, setting objectives, performing reviews.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Budget/Reforecast
    • Manage from A to Z the budget/reforecast processes, produce the consolidated reports, process includes regional reviews, presentation to the Management, ensure data is produced
      on time with quality
    • Ensure continuous consistency with any statutory number, or any published numbers
    • Ensure coordination with various support functions and trading teams, to ensure reliability of assumptions and reconciliation with potential other reports
    • Responsible for the full process – from budget planning, entry booking, to final presentation
  2. G&A
    • Produce OPEX analysis (budget vs actuals, KPIs…)
    • G&A control and reporting, invoice approvals, accrual entries, allocation to the business lines
    • Re-invoicing (process monitoring, invoice approvals, accrual entries)
    • G&A FX hedging
  3. CAPEX
    • Maintain/Develop capex review, ensure capex performance calculation
    • Maintain/Develop industrial assets/operations follow-up
    • Monitor and control production costs
  4. Others
    • Monthly ad hoc analysis

Experience and knowledge

  • Experience (including number of years): Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar positions
  • Knowledge: Good IT skills (Excel)
  • Education: University or Business school with major in finance/economics
  • Languages: English
  • Systems: Excel
