What are we looking for?

  • Ensure the quality of service delivered by the Solution Management team is compliant with the level of service that are defined and required (agreed SLAs)
  • Contribute actively to technical projects of the solution (e.g., major upgrade projects), by taking in charge all technical aspects of those projects from Design to Deploy
  • Contribute actively the technical coordination / improvements required by several parallel projects on the same Solution (e.g. environment management, release coordination, impact analysis on performance, etc)
  • Key player in the relationship between Infrastructure and Applications teams, and Global teams with regional Service Delivery team where the Solution is being rolled out
  • Ensure the Solutions built by the Project teams are properly handed over to Run teams
  • Ensure the technical documentation is available and in line with change management guidelines

And if you meet the following criteria:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Application Management support Level 2/3
  • Experienced in Windows Servers administration
  • Hands-on experience with Application Lifecycle Management
  • SQL Script – basic knowledge
  • Citrix – basic knowledge
  • Experience with Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) – considered as a plus
  • ITIL Certification is a plus
  • Fluent English
