What are we looking for?
- Ensure the quality of service delivered by the Solution Management team is compliant with the level of service that are defined and required (agreed SLAs)
- Contribute actively to technical projects of the solution (e.g., major upgrade projects), by taking in charge all technical aspects of those projects from Design to Deploy
- Contribute actively the technical coordination / improvements required by several parallel projects on the same Solution (e.g. environment management, release coordination, impact analysis on performance, etc)
- Key player in the relationship between Infrastructure and Applications teams, and Global teams with regional Service Delivery team where the Solution is being rolled out
- Ensure the Solutions built by the Project teams are properly handed over to Run teams
- Ensure the technical documentation is available and in line with change management guidelines
And if you meet the following criteria:
- At least 2 years of experience in Application Management support Level 2/3
- Experienced in Windows Servers administration
- Hands-on experience with Application Lifecycle Management
- SQL Script – basic knowledge
- Citrix – basic knowledge
- Experience with Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) – considered as a plus
- ITIL Certification is a plus
- Fluent English
