What are we looking for?

Manage changes, new requirements and documentation of your solution:

  • Ensure support at level 1 and 2 is properly handled and deliver the level 3 support (incident and change management)
  • Own overall incident management for the solution; Engage in implementations that interact with your solution and manage dependencies with other solutions
  • Ensure case notes are up-to-date and requestors are kept updated on the progress of the requests
  • Provide visibility and maintain good communication
  • Review and record the correct requirements arising from Request Intake Process and liaise with the vendor from the initiation till the actual delivery to production

Make proposals and provide information in order to support decision making concerning the solution:

  • Work with the dependent project streams in the ServiceNow delivery project to facilitate the migration into ServiceNow
  • Contribute to the reduction of implementation risks by delivering high requirement specifications

Subject Matter Expert:

  • Communicate technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Work with vendor during technical meetings and implementation

Ensure the documentation of the solution is up to date:

  • Create technical & process documentation
  • Document Release Note and all documentation related to transfer to Production

And if you meet the following criteria:

  • 5+ years of experience being a Business Analyst or Administrator and preferably involved in implementing the ServiceNow Platform
  • Strong ServiceNow product knowledge in terms of features and functionalities including Business Management and Service Management
  • Detailed understanding of ITIL
  • Experience configuring and managing Service Catalogues and Catalogue items including basic scripting
  • Knowledge in developing Business Rules, Script Includes, UI policies and actions, and Client Scripts
  • Knowledge in configuring integration web services with third party applications
  • Completed ServiceNow administrator training
  • Knowledge about Demand, Project, Resource and SDLC modules in ServiceNow
  • Comprehensive experience of implementing process within the ServiceNow framework including implementation of ITIL processes, Catalogue, CMS front ends in an enterprise organization
  • Ability to translate technical specifications into articulate business requirements and vice-versa
  • Familiarity with SDLC, Quality Standards and Best Practices
  • Familiarity with Agile Development and SCRUM methodology
  • Working knowledge of Service Delivery Operations
