What are we looking for?

You will ensure service operations and continuous improvement of production/application/ infrastructure services and reconcile project management, customer satisfaction and contract compliance with an economic reality.

Day to day operations

  • Monitor and analyze performance, implement measures likely to improve the quality or productivity
  • Monitor, control and support service delivery; ensure systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed
  • Ensure excellent communication and collaboration between Applications and Infrastructures teams
  • Document, promote and control your scope

Processes

  • Ensure the incident and problem management process are correctly applied
  • Ensure documentation is in place for all moves in/to production
  • Monitor incidents, organizes identification of the root cause, coordinate actions to restores services

Continuous improvement

  • Develop Left Shifting approach with monitoring teams (L1)
  • Facilitate and implement automation as possible
  • Develop the rules for using the systems, in accordance with the norms and standards of the company
  • Proactively support opportunity for standardization and simplification of the support processes, to increase efficiency within the organization
  • Ensure that the support model of the service is operational and adapted
  • Take corrective/proactive actions whenever required
  • Ensure processes, best practices and golden rules alignment and adoption based on guide lines
  • Proactively drive opportunity for standardization, simplification and improvement of the IT support processes, to increase efficiency within the IT organization to deliver better services

And if you meet the following criteria:

  • Proven experience in Service Delivery Management in application or infrastructures services domain (3 to 5 Years)
  • Experience on Infrastructure Maintenance Support in a very diverse IT landscape
  • Knowledge of Datacenter infrastructure technologies (Blades, Middleware, Storage, Backup, Network)
  • Proven experience in production environments/critical operations
  • ITIL Foundation certified
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience with monitoring tools
  • Windows Server System Administration (2008 R2 and above),
  • Linux server systems (Red Hat)
  • Scripting
  • MS SQL server 2012/2016/Azure SQL
  • Citrix VirtualApps (ex Xenapp) 4.5 to 7.15
  • Apache/Tomcat/Jboss/WildFly/IIS/DotNet
  • Experience in Network assets delivering security features – Proxy/FW/WAF/VPN GW (as a nice to have)
  • Experience on Infrastructure Maintenance Support in a very diverse IT landscape
  • Proven experience in production environments/critical operations
  • ITIL Foundation certified (nice to have)
