What are we looking for?

Timely respond to incidents and requests for changes opened to the SAP Application support team (AMS)
Identify and solve problems using analysis, experience and judgment
Apply customizations and transports to resolve issues or to fulfill business requests
Identify key drivers of the encountered problem and propose permanent solutions and optimizations – Continuous Service Improvement mind-set
Work with Developers to create solutions to client needs through application of personal experience, methods and tools
Make the link between the business key users / functional support and the support level 3 or external vendors when the issue cannot be solved directly
Execute testing (Integration & Non-Regression Testing)
Maintain technical documentation for the supported areas
Complete assigned tasks and tickets in an accurate and timely manner

And if you meet the following criteria:

Master’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or Finance or equivalent
At least 5 years of IT support experience with SAP FI/CO modules
Strong experience in SAP solutions support and delivery (S4 Hana knowledge is a plus)
Deep knowledge in MS Excel (complex formulas for data validation, comparison, filtering and manipulation)
Strong IT knowledge of SAP Finance area (AP, AR, GL, AA)
Good IT knowledge in SAP Controlling area (CO, ML, PS)
Knowledge of functional integration with other SAP modules (Procurement, Production, Plant Maintenance)
Experience with BRF+ is a plus
Experience in SAP system integration & interfaces with other systems (iDocs/XML)
Experience working with Service Desk ticketing system (ServiceNow & Jira ideally)
Fluent in English
