What are we looking for?

  • Portfolio management, Portfolio Reporting , Stakeholder Management, Budget Management, Capacity Planning, Resource Planning, implement the best Portfolio Management practices as per PMP/Prince 2 methodology
  • Monitor and analyze the Portfolio, assuring measures likely to improve the quality, scope or cost related to it
  • Monitor, control and support the Service Delivery Manager to ensure all initiatives are captured and the methodologies and procedures in place are followed within the organization
  • Ensure excellent communication and collaboration between all project stakeholders, including the internal Applications and Infrastructures teams and external vendors
  • Document, promote and control your scope
  • Ensure the Portfolio management processes are correctly applied as per PMP/Prince2 methodology
  • Ensure documentation is in place for all initiatives in the scope
  • Coordinate the team portfolio initiatives
  • Facilitate and implement continuously the best and most applicable for the scope PMP/Prince2 practices in the Portfolio in accordance with the norms and standards of the Company
  • Proactively support opportunity for standardization and simplification of the related processes to increase efficiency within the organization
  • Take corrective/proactive actions whenever required
  • Ensure the acknowledgment of the transition to run and adoption based on Company guidelines
  • Proactively drive opportunity for standardization, simplification and improvement of the Portfolio to increase efficiency within the organization to deliver better services
  • Proactively drive legacy Portfolio management

And if you meet the following criteria:

  • 1+ years of experience in Project management in multinational environment (preferably in IT organizations)
  • Project Management skills and knowledge
  • PMP or Prince2 knowledge (considered as a plus)
  • ITIL knowledge (considered as a plus)
  • High level of multitasking and great level of independency
  • Flexibility, ability to manage a demanding and changing workload
  • Experience with global environments (considered as a plus)
  • Excellent communication, analytical and report/documentation writing skills
  • Strong commitment and ability to work under pressure
  • Fluent English
