Microsoft Exchange Support Analyst

What are we looking for?

  • Work closely with a small group of Enterprise/Global Administrators who provide support for the corporate Office 365 Tenant
  • Perform assessments on the O365 environment assuring the stability, security and scalability of the Messaging platform
  • Perform day to day operation and management of O365
  • Assist with the resolution of any applicable Incidents, Service Requests, Change Management activities in the Service Management tool (ServiceNow)
  • Maintain and provide primary troubleshooting support for Exchange Online/Exchange On-premises issues
  • Monitor capacity and performance to identify future system upgrades
  • Create and maintain all messaging systems documentation

And if you meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in managing/troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange Online/Exchange On-Premises
  • University Degree in Computer Science or any IT related discipline or a relevant technical experience
  • Fluent in English
