What are we looking for?

  • Be in charge the Talent management process
  • Support the HR Supervisor with the training process globally
  • Support employees with HR related enquiries on talent management and training
  • Assist with general HR administrative tasks: correspondence, document classification, meeting arrangements, etc.
  • Administer on the HR system hr-related documentation
  • Participate in the mobility process, relationship with movers
  • Be a point of contact for most of the administrative HR-related queries for the Global HR Team

And if you meet the following criteria:

  • 2+ years of relevant HR services experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, or another related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • English language proficiency
  • Experience in working with an internal employee system is a plus
  • Has dealt with high volume complex administrative issues within a highly regulated environment
  • Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to work accurately and keep an eye on details
